These Technalo RGB pencils from Caran d'Ache are named after the famous red, green and blue coding system. Essentially two tools in one, when used dry these 3B pencils have typical graphite characteristics, but when water is added a subtle shade of carmine lacquer appears to create delicate washes. Made from cedar wood, the Technalo Pencils RGB is Swiss made.
